Vero Networks is a privately owned company with a focus on providing best-in-class fiber-to-the-premises solutions for communities. The company was formed to fill a niche by helping school districts and communities to access fiber optic-based internet connectivity. Vero believes that every community should have access to affordable, reliable, and high-capacity broadband service.

Company leadership is comprised of industry professionals that have deep roots in the telecom, fiber, and service provider sectors, and have a track record of operating successful companies. The founders of Vero held senior leadership roles at Zayo and helped drive the growth of Zayo from inception to an international company with thousands of employees and eventually an IPO in 2014.

Vero's vision began with a keen focus on building private networks for underserved school districts. This quickly expanded into building networks for cellular carriers and data centers. The remaining element needed to build a truly community-focused company was to deliver services to the residents and businesses of these communities. Retail Internet services were added to the portfolio of services in 2021, rounding out the company's objectives.

In order to create a launchpad for the growth of retail internet services, Vero acquired existing network assets that fit within our model. Paired with the recruitment of an experience leadership team, Vero is poised for rapid growth and success in the FTTx industry. Vero's continued growth will be largely organic in nature, focused on communities that have a need for a competitive and fiber-based offering.
